Spiritual Direction (companionship) is like your favorite quiet place in nature – a place to pause, breathe and reconnect with that inner being that holds so much sacred goodness and wisdom. My approach is rooted in a deep bond with nature, a trust in a soulful presence and a lifetime of learning to listen deeply as an only brother to five sisters. Together, we will create a gentle, safe space to tend to your heart and listen for the transcendent currents that nourish you.
