Spiritual Direction Philosophy
I believe that beneath the surface of our lives lies a deep well of peace, wisdom, and compassion; inviting us to draw from its abundance and cultivate more soulful living. In spiritual companioning sessions, we slow down and sit beside this well together. We create sacred space and time for you to listen to your life – your hope and your grief, your challenges and your delight. As you share from your life, I offer deep listening and compassion, wonderings and observations. I support you in exploring spiritual practices that help you tap into that well in the midst of your daily life. And as a certified teacher of the Enneagram, I love to draw from the wisdom of this spiritual tool to support your spiritual journey. In addition to spiritual companioning sessions, I also offer Enneagram exploration sessions to support you in identifying and exploring your Enneagram type and the ways the Enneagram can be helpful in spiritual growth. From time to time, I also offer groups and workshops around the Enneagram and spirituality and hope to do more of that in the future.
