Because I believe creation is sacred and evolving, I understand spiritual companionship or direction as an intentional, confidential conversation about your understanding of lasting wisdom and connection with all that is or ever has been. Sessions often include a chalice lighting, silence, reflection, poetry, and a closing prayer to call forth the spirit of your life.
