Spiritual Direction Philosophy
My ministry of spiritual guidance, The Path of Joy: Awakening~Alignment~Action, has been serving individuals, couples, colleagues, and communities nationwide for over 35 years. My aim is supporting people in opening to their greatest thriving – which arises from the combination of finding personal fulfillment and offering our best gifts in the service of life. This way of being is experienced by living from our whole and authentic being, which always connects us to the ever-present Oneness and Love. Spirit is always flowing, always offering intuitive guidance. There is an energy flow between the Universe and you! Discover spiritual practices for tuning in. Thriving does not depend on what happens; it depends meeting what it is from a place of inner clarity and freedom, no matter what. Spiritual direction is about deep listening, presence and companioning in that unfolding process. Reflecting together on your present needs and challenges opens up a wide range of possible practices for finding the most fulfilling way forward for you, as well as to conflict resolution befitting everyone. There is a natural alignment between the Spirit of Life, your inner being and the world that you can experience and rely on. Let us explore together your own Path of Joy!
