Spiritual Direction Philosophy

While we sometimes forget to look for what is ultimately valuable and important, God is never not seeking us. Spiritual Direction is a relationship of accountability, to help develop and maintain a regular practice of reflecting on and searching for the divine purpose of our lives. Having a partner for this journey can help. I welcome people of any or no faith tradition – all theological conversations interest me. My own understanding is within the Unitarian Christian tradition, my language is very adaptable. We are looking for where the Spirit is moving in your life, whatever language makes that clearer is what we will use.
