There is a growing number of individuals who are leaving their familiar religious community for whatever reason and find themselves having to adjust to life in a secular world. This is sometimes referred to as “Deconstruction”. As a spiritual companion, I accompany individuals going through such a transition. Many individuals have already gone through this part of the journey and are seeking to deepen their own personal spirituality. This is sometimes referred to as “Reconstruction”.
